Cheeses Alongside its famous wines and oils, Tuscany also has numerous cheese-making factories that specialize in the production of high-quality cheeses. Mr. Trapanotto is a shepherd from Barberino who would be delighted to welcome guests to his cheese-making factory and show them how one of the region’s most popular cheese is produced.
