Il Nido dei Ciappi (2 pax)
Nido dei Ciappi is a pretty two-room apartment on the ground floor of a historical building in the main street of Barberino Val d'Elsa. The apartment enjoys an excellent view over the countryside and private garden surrounded by age-old Holm oaks and cypresses. Recently restructured, it is tastefully furnished: the bedroom, which features a beamed ceiling, has a double bed with wrought iron headboard and the bathroom is new and comfortable. The dining room leads directly out onto the garden, where a table, chairs and sun umbrella allow guests to dine al fresco. On the other side of the historical porch there is another green area, furnished with sun loungers for relaxing in the shade of the cypresses. Guests may take advantage of flowers and herbs.
La Piazzetta (2+1 pax)
La Piazzetta, with its private entrance, overlooks the most characteristic square of Barberino Val d'Elsa, after which the apartment is named. Everything has been completely restructured without altering the building's original features, such as the old wooden ceiling. The interior is furnished in typical Tuscan style. The bedroom has a bed with a wrought iron headboard and an armchair (transformable into a single bed); the bathroom is new and comfortable. The living room has a country-style cooking area and is furnished with a table, chairs and sofa. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning. Outside, there is a terrace with a table and chairs for dining al fresco. The easterly facing windows offer guests a fabulous view of the Chianti hills. La Piazzetta is the ideal apartment for those who wish to protect their privacy while having the opportunity to experience the simple, welcoming environment that characterises the village. All guests will receive a welcome gift; a bottle of Chianti wine made by the Capone brothers on the Bernardello estate in Barberino Val d'Elsa.
Il Torrino (4+3 pax)
Il Torrino is a historical dwelling within the walls of the medieval town of Barberino Val d' Elsa. The house is attached to a small but ancient defence tower called "il Torrino" that forms part of the walls of the town going back to the 13th century. The ground floor of the apartment comprises a spacious dining room and dayroom. Equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove and dishwasher, the dining room is characterised above all by the presence of the kitchen which is within the small tower. The dayroom has a bed/settee, two armchairs, fireplace and a large window with panoramic views of the Chianti hills. There is also a laundry on the ground floor. The upper floor of the apartment has a large bedroom with double bed and small "en suite" bathroom. There is an additional bedroom with two beds and large bathroom comprising bath with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. From the large bedroom there is access to the attic and a balcony which faces onto a square, very typical of the town. The whole house has been tastefully restored, arranged with period furniture and well cared for in all its details. Guests will be delighted with the ample space in which to relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside
